The jury assessed 892 works from 41 schools of fine arts from Poland and abroad, then awarded prizes and established the list of participants of the post-competition exhibition at the Płock Art Gallery.
The jury’s work included the Dean of the Faculty of Painting of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, prof. Ph.D. Tomasz Milanowski, professor at the Faculty of Painting of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, Ph.D. Sylwester Piędziejewski, former Head of the Independent Laboratory of Assessment and Valuation of Natural Resources at the Faculty of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture, currently at the Institute of Environmental Engineering of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, prof. Ph.D. Axel Peter Schwerk, professor at the Faculty of Painting of the Academy of Art in Szczecin, Ph.D. Daniel Rycharski. The jury was chaired by the founder and former Head of the Department of Landscape Art at the Faculty of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, prof. Ph.D. Jan Maria Rylke.
The vernissage combined with the presentation of awards and distinctions will take place at the Płock Art Gallery at 36 Henryk Sienkiewicz Street in Płock, Poland, on November 29, 2024 at 12:00 CET.
