The Biennale has been recommended by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage. The organizers are the Center for Artistic Education in Warsaw and the Władysław Drapiewski Private Secondary School of Fine Arts in Płock (also as a contractor), with the Płock Art Gallery as a partner.
In keeping with tradition, Director Małgorzata Mroczkowska has requested international honorary patronage from Their Excellencies the Ambassador of the Czech Republic, the Ambassador of the Slovak Republic, the Ambassador of Hungary, and the Ambassador of the Republic of Lithuania, and national honorary patronage from the Polish National Commission for UNESCO, the Minister of Culture and National Heritage, the Voivode of Mazovia, the Marshal of the Mazovian Voivodeship, the Starost of Płock County, the Mayor of Płock, as well as Their Magnificence the Rector of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw and the Rector of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.
