Akademia Sztuk Pięknych w Warszawie.

I. Cele Konkursu
Wykonanie prac malarskich lub rysunkowych, których motywem przewodnim będzie ogród w różnorodnych aspektach.
Promocja utalentowanej młodzieży, wrażliwej estetycznie i twórczo aktywnej.
Prezentacja prac malarskich lub rysunkowych uczniów szkół artystycznych.
Inspirowanie młodych twórców do doskonalenia umiejętności malarskich lub rysunkowych.
Wymiana doświadczeń uczniów szkół artystycznych i prezentacja dokonań w zakresie sztuk plastycznych.
Wymiana doświadczeń nauczycieli w zakresie metod pracy w ramach przedmiotów artystycznych.

II. Warunki uczestnictwa
Konkurs przeznaczony jest dla młodych twórców z liceów plastycznych oraz ogólnokształcących szkół sztuk pięknych.
Zasięg konkursu obejmuje terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej i Europy Środkowej.
Regulamin konkursu dostępny jest na stronie internetowej www.szkolylogos.edu.pl i jest jedynym dokumentem określającym jego zasady.
Każdy uczestnik konkursu nadsyła maksymalnie dwie prace (malarskie lub rysunkowe), wykonane w technice dowolnej, o wymiarach max. 100 x 70 cm (B1), min. 30 x 20 cm (A4).
Prace biorące udział w konkursie muszą stanowić własność autora.
Na odwrocie każdej pracy należy umieścić ośmioznakowe godło składające się z ciągu liter lub cyfr.
Do każdej pracy należy dołączyć w oddzielnej zamkniętej kopercie kartę zgłoszenia zgodną z ustalonym przez organizatora wzorem.
Na karcie zgłoszenia należy umieścić godło identyczne z godłem opisanej pracy.
Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo wykonania dokumentacji w formie biuletynów, katalogów itp. oraz publikacji nadesłanych prac w mediach telewizyjnych,
internetowych, prasowych i innych oraz prezentacji nagrodzonych prac na wystawach bieżących i retrospektywnych bez uiszczania autorom honorariów.

III. Terminy i adresy
Prace z kartami uczestnictwa będą przyjmowane do dnia 4 listopada 2016 roku (decyduje data stempla pocztowego).
Adres organizatora: I Prywatne Liceum Plastyczne, ul. Sienkiewicza 26, 09-402 Płock, Polska.
Kwalifikacji prac na wystawę oraz przyznania nagród dokona Jury Konkursu, powołane przez Dyrektora Departamentu Szkolnictwa Artystycznego i Edukacji Kulturalnej Ministerstwa Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego RP, składające się z przedstawicieli świata nauki, sztuki i edukacji.
Wystawa pokonkursowa odbędzie się w Płockiej Galerii Sztuki, a następnie w Bibliotece Głównej im. Władysława Grabskiego Szkoły Głównej Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie.
Wręczenie nagród odbędzie się podczas otwarcia wystawy pokonkursowej dnia 25 listopada 2016 roku.
Wszyscy uczestnicy konkursu zostaną powiadomieni o wynikach listownie lub pocztą elektroniczną.

IV. Nagrody
Organizatorzy ustanawiają następujące nagrody:
Grand Prix V Międzynarodowego Konkursu Plastycznego Pamiętajcie o ogrodach. Przecież stamtąd przyszliście…
Nagroda I, II i III w dwóch kategoriach: malarstwa i rysunku oraz prace wyróżnione.
Nagroda Przewodniczącego Jury oraz wyróżnienie Dyrektora I Prywatnego Liceum Plastycznego w Płocku.
Nagrodzeni uczestnicy otrzymają nagrody rzeczowe ufundowane przez organizatorów i sponsorów.
Wyróżnieni uczestnicy wystawy pokonkursowej otrzymają dyplomy i wydawnictwa z reprodukcjami prac.

The 5th International Art Competition Remember the Gardens. But there came… is organized by the I Private Upper Secondary Art School in Plock in cooperation with The Department of Landscape Architecture, Faculty of Horticulture, Biotechnology and Landscape Architecture of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, The Faculty of Graphic Arts and the Faculty of Painting of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw in the Republic of Poland.

The inspiration for the previous nationwide editions (2008-2011), and the previous international editions (2012-2015), as well as the current international edition (2016), comes from the famous music composition Remember the Gardens by Jonasz Kofta (1942-1988) – an eminent Polish poet, playwright, satirist and singer.

Official Rules and Regulations

Organizer:

  • I Private Upper Secondary Art School in Plock, POLAND.

Co-organizer:

  • The Department of Landscape Architecture, Faculty of Horticulture, Biotechnology and Landscape Architecture of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, POLAND.
  • The Faculty of Graphic Arts and the Faculty of Painting of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, POLAND.

  1. Purposes:

  1. Creating painting or drawing works related to the Garden motif in various aspects.

  2. Promoting talented young people, sensitive to the beauty of art and artistically active.

  3. Presenting paintings and drawings of the art schools’ students.

  4. Inspiring young artists to develop their painting and drawing skills.

  5. Exchanging the experience of the art schools’ students and presenting their artistic achievements.

  6. Exchanging the experience of the art schools’ teachers.

  1. Conditions of participation:

  1. Competition is open to young artists attending upper secondary art schools and secondary schools of fine arts.

  2. The geographical range of the competition encompasses the territory of the Republic of Poland and central Europe.
  3. The Official Rules and Regulations document is available on the following website: www.szkolylogos.edu.pl

and is the only document which determines the rules of the 5th International Art Competition Remember the Gardens. But there came…

  1. Each participant is allowed to send maximum two works: paintings or drawings in optional technique. Minimum format 30×20 cm (A4), maximum format 100×70 cm (B1).

  2. Works must be original and be the creation of the participants.

  3. Each work should be accompanied (on the reverse) with the 8-sign emblem comprising of 8 letters or numbers in a sequence. Official registration form (according with the specimen provided by the organizer) should be attached to each work in a separate closed envelope.
  4. The 8-sign emblem on the reverse of the work should be also included in the registration form.
  5. The organizer reserves the right to use and reproduce by means of photographs, slides or any form the participants’ works in promotional booklets and literature, to publish participants’ works in the media: TV, the Internet and press and to display awarded participants’ works on the current and retrospective exhibitions without paying any fees or royalties.

  1. The Jury appointed by the Director of the Department of Art and Culture Education of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage of the Republic of Poland will judge and award the accepted competition works on November, 2016.
  2. The Jury comprises of fifth members – representatives of art, science and education fields.
  3. The post-competition exhibition will be held in the Plock Art Gallery and Wladyslaw Grabski Main Library of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, POLAND.
  4. Awards will be given during the launch of the post-competition exhibition in the Plock Art Gallery on November 25, 2016.
  5. Winners will be announced on the website: www.szkolylogos.edu.pl.

    • 1st, 2nd and 3rd Prize in each Painting and Drawing category and Honorable Mentions.
    • Prize of the Chairman of the Jury and Honorable mention of the Headmistress of I Private Upper Secondary Art School in Plock.

    • The winners will receive valuable awards endowed by the organizers and sponsors.
